In 2004, Richard joined a Fortune 500 homebuilder, where he quickly built a reputation for honesty, leadership, and attention to detail. He was named Manager of the Year within six months of joining the company and won the Team Player of the Year award the following year. A relentless problem solver, Richard developed project management IT innovations in his spare time that the company adopted in several states. Subsequently, Richard was inducted into the company's Legacy Club, which ranked him among the top managers for customer satisfaction in the firm's 50-year residential construction history.

Later, as a Project Manager at Bauhaus Modern Homes and other top Dallas firms, Richard perfected his craft on luxury new builds and whole-house remodels for celebrities and other discerning Dallas clientele. Richard's grasp of the latest in building science, his passion for fine craftsmanship, his ability to execute high-end finishes, and his obsession with leveraging the newest technology leave his architect partners and homeowner clients with an experience they are happy to brag to their friends about.

Richard serves on the Dallas Builders Association Board of Directors and, in his free time, enjoys spending time with his pups Buc-ee and Wendy, friends, Starting Strength, and answering his call to service by working one 24-hour shift each month on an ambulance with Wise County EMS.
